Artifacts
Find and open the plans, research notes and dev-cycle records agents write, and share work without uploading it.
Agents write their longer-lived output as plain Markdown files: plans from the plan agent, research notes from research mode, and dev-cycle records from dev-cycle mode. In a Git project they live in the worktree, so you can commit and review them like any other document:
| Kind | Directory |
|---|---|
| Plans | .opencode/plans/ |
| Research notes | .opencode/research/ |
| Dev-cycle records | .opencode/dev-cycle/ |
Outside a Git project, they go to the same directories under the Lunos data directory. Each file is named <created-ms>-<slug>.md and titled by its first heading.
Find and open them
In the TUI, run /artifacts (or /plans). It lists this project’s artifacts grouped by kind, newest first. Press Enter to open the file itself in $EDITOR; your edits are saved to that file. Without $EDITOR set, Lunos copies the file’s path instead.
Sharing without uploading
Session sharing is off in Lunos by default, because a shared session contains the whole transcript. To share work inside your organisation, share files you already control:
- Plans, research and dev-cycle records: commit them and review them in a pull request.
- A session: run
/exportin the TUI, orlunos export <session-id>for JSON. Add--sanitizeto redact file contents and tool output. Then send the file through whatever channel your organisation already uses.
Nothing is uploaded in either case.
